The GLOBALCELL TV application does not collect any additional personal data directly from the user. The app is only accessible to individuals who are already registered in the GLOBALCELL system and have an active eSIM.

User authentication is performed automatically via API — the app only receives minimal information, such as the status of the eSIM and the user's email address, necessary for authentication and secure access to the service.

Data Retention and Sharing

The app does not collect or store personal data except for the email address and phone number. It does not share this information with third parties, except when required by law.

Cookies and Third Parties:

Data may be stored only for the period necessary to achieve the legitimate purpose of data processing. Once the purpose for which the data is being processed has been achieved, the data must be deleted, destroyed, or retained in a depersonalized form, unless the processing of the data is defined by law and/or a subordinate normative act issued in accordance with the law, and the storage of the data is a necessary and proportionate measure in a democratic society for the protection of overriding interests.

All user data is transmitted through secure channels (API) and is protected using modern technical and organizational safeguards.

User Rights

Users have the right to contact GLOBALCELL regarding the data held about them — including the right to view, correct, delete, or update their data. Upon receiving such requests, GLOBALCELL will review and respond accordingly, making changes if necessary.

If a third party or content owner confirms that a specific channel is not publicly available and requests its removal from the application, GLOBALCELL is ready to consider the request and take appropriate action.
